Meet Donna

A respected community leader, Donna is currently serving her eighth term on the Planning and Zoning Commission. She has been elected Vice-Chairwoman twice and now serves as Chairwoman-Elect, providing valuable expertise in land use, zoning, and community development.

Donna's areas of expertise include site selection, financial feasibility analysis, commercial sales and leasing, land use planning, and investment strategy. She is highly skilled in negotiating complex transactions and works closely with municipalities on parcel assemblages, permitting, zoning, and easement issues to help clients successfully navigate challenging projects.

Recognized for delivering Premium Service and Proven Results, Donna has successfully guided pre-development projects, adaptive reuse initiatives, construction and tenant improvement projects, and strategies to maximize the value and performance of income-producing properties.

Before building her commercial real estate career, Donna served as an Investment Banker, structuring transactions exceeding $30 million, and as a Multifamily Development Officer, overseeing complex financing for large-scale development projects. She also worked as a Legal Assistant in the law firm of Mayor Maynard Jackson during his successful third mayoral campaign.

Donna is a graduate of Fordham University and continues to combine her financial expertise, legal background, and leadership experience to deliver exceptional service and lasting value to her clients.
